摘要
以对位酯为重氮组分,2-羟基-1,4-萘醌为偶合组分,合成了一种活性分散染料,探讨该活性分散染料在涤棉混纺织物染色中的应用,分析染色工艺中的氯化钠质量浓度、染色温度、染色时间和固色pH值对其上染率的影响,测试了染品的染色性能。结果表明,当氯化钠质量浓度为5 g/L,染色温度120℃,染色时间40 min,固色pH值9时,该染料的上染率可达82%左右;染品的耐摩擦色牢度和耐水洗色牢度可达4~5级,耐汗渍和耐日晒色牢度可达4级。
        Reactive-disperse dye is synthesized with 4-aminobenzenesulphato-ethylsulphone as diazo component and 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone as coupling component. The dyeing behaviors of reactivedisperse dyes in polyester-cotton blends are investigated. The influences of the mass concentration of sodium chloride, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and pH value of fixation on dye-uptake are discussed,and the performances of the dyeings are tested. The results show that when sodium chloride is 5 g/L,dyeing at 120 ℃ for 40 min, and pH value of fixation is 9, the dye uptake is up to 82%, color fastnesses can reach Grade 4~5 to rubbing and washing and Grade 4 to perspiration and light.
