摘要
以对位酯为重氮组分,2-羟基-1,4-萘醌为偶合组分,合成了一种活性分散染料。分析了酸的用量、亚硝酸钠的加入速度、重氮化温度、偶合介质的pH、偶合反应温度对目标染料转化率的影响,并对它的染色性能进行测试。结果表明,当无机酸的用量1.6mol、亚硝酸钠的滴入时间40min、重氮化温度6℃、偶合介质pH为6、偶合反应温度14℃时,其收率可达75.0%。染品的干摩牢度可达到5级,湿摩牢度可达到4~5级,耐洗牢度可达到4~5级。
        A reactive disperse dye was synthesized with 4-aminobenzene sulphato-ethyl sulphone as diazo component and 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone as coupling component.The effect of acid amount,adding rate of sodium nitrite,temperature of diazotization,pH of coupling medium and coupling reaction temperature on conversion rate was determined.The dyeing performance was also tested.The yield could reach up to 75.0% when the amount of inorganic acid was 1.6 mol,the infusion time of sodium nitrite was 40 min,the diazotization temperature was 6 ℃,pH of coupling medium was 6and the coupling reaction temperature was 14℃.The dyed fabric presented high values in dry rubbing fastness of 5level,wet rubbing fastness of 4-5level and washing fastness up to 4-5level.
