摘要
建立新的测定铝的8-羟基喹啉微乳液光度法。用8-羟基喹啉与样品提取液中的铝反应,然后用微乳液萃取,在376 nm波长处测定吸光度。在选取的适宜条件下,Al~(3+)含量在0"25μg/8 mL(8 mL是微乳液体积)内符合比尔定律,线性相关系数R2=0. 9986。重复性实验的RSD分别是活性铝为2. 4%,而总铝为3. 3%;加标回收率分别是活性铝为88. 7%~95. 9%,而总铝为96. 5%~105. 8%。本法准确可靠,适于试样中总铝和活性铝的快速分析。
A new determination of Al by 8-hydroxyquinoline microemulsion spectrophotometry was established. Al in the sample extract was reacted with 8-hydroxyquinoline,then microemulsion extraction was used to determine the absorbance at 376 nm wavelength. Under the optimum reaction condition,Beer's law was kept in the range of 0 "25 μg/8 mL( 8 mL was the adding microemulsion volume). The linear correlation coefficient R2 was 0. 9986. RSD of the repeativity test was 2. 4% for active Al,and 3. 3% for total Al. The recoveries were from 88. 7% to 95. 9% for active Al,and from 96. 5% to 105. 8% for total Al. The method was accurate and reliable and was suitable for rapid analysis of total aluminum and active aluminum in samples.
