摘要
目的了解阿坝州监测场所禽流感病毒污染、分类、组成和分布特点,为禽流感的防控提供指导。方法采集阿坝州禽类监测场所外环境标本,采用荧光定量PCR技术对禽流感A型通用及H5、H7、H9亚型检测,并进行统计学分析。结果共采集1 280份标本,A型通用及H5、H7、H9亚型的阳性率分别为10. 16%、0. 70%、3. 20%和6. 25%。2016-12 H9亚型阳性率最高,2017-04 H5、H7亚型阳性率最高;城乡活禽市场和家禽规模家禽养殖场检出A型流感,阳性率分别为14. 55%和5. 60%;禽类饮水流感病毒阳性率最高(18. 01%),其次为清洗禽类的污水(17. 24%)。结论阿坝州禽流感病毒检出率较高,存在人感染风险,应加强禽市场监管。
        Objective To understand the pollution,composition and distribution characteristics of avian influenza virus in live poultry related environments in Aba and provide evidence for avian influenza prevention and control. Methods The external environment samples were collected from live poultry related environments for the detection of influenza A virus including subtype H5,H7 and H9 by fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR,and the results were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 1 280 specimens were collected. The positive rates of type A,H5,H7 and H9 influenza viruses were 10. 16%,0. 70%,3. 20% and 6. 25%,respectively. The H9 positive rate was the highest in December 2016. H5 and H7 positive rates were the highest in April 2017.Influenza A virus was detected in both urban and rural live poultry markets and poultry scale farms,with type A influenza virus positive rate being 14. 55% and 5. 60% respectively. Among different samples,poultry drinking water showed the highest positive rate( 18. 01%),followed by sewage( 17. 24%). Conclusion The positive rate of influenza virus is relatively high,and there is a potential risk of human infection. Therefore,it is critical to enhance the market supervision.
