新型有机硅壳聚糖两性表面活性剂对羊毛的低温染色性能研究

摘要
为克服传统羊毛在高温沸染时存在羊毛天然品质破坏、纤维强力下降、能耗大、成本高等问题,采用有机硅对壳聚糖进行改性,制备了一种新型有机硅壳聚糖两性表面活性剂,并将其应用于羊毛低温染色,重点研究了染色过程中有机硅壳聚糖两性表面活性剂浓度、染色温度、染色时间对上染百分率和K/S值的影响.结果表明:经有机硅壳聚糖两性表面活性剂处理后的羊毛织物,能保持其品质的同时,一定程度上降低染色温度.预处理最优条件为:有机硅壳聚糖两性表面活性剂2g/L,预处理温度40℃,预处理时间30min;最佳染色工艺为:温度85℃,染色pH值为3,毛用活性翠蓝2.5%(owf),该条件下K/S均值为11.320,标准偏差仅为0.196.
        In order to solve the problems of wool's natural quality destruction,fiber strength reduction,energy consumption and high cost in traditional wool dyeing at high temperature,a new type of organosilicon chitosan amphoteric surfactant is prepared by modification of chitosan with organosilicon and applied to low temperature dyeing of wool.The effects of the amount of organosilicon chitosan amphoteric surfactant,dyeing temperature and dyeing time on dyeing percentage and K/S value are studied.The results show that wool fabrics treated with the organosilicon chitosan amphoteric surfactants can hold natural properties of wool and reduce dyeing temperature to a certain extent.The optimal preconditioning conditions are as follows:the organosilicon chitosan amphoteric surfactant 2 g/L,the pretreatment temperature is 40℃,and the pretreatment time is 30 min.The optimum dying process is pH value of 3,85 ℃,Wool Reactive Turquoise Blue dye 2.5%(owf)of solution for wool fabr,Under this condition,the K/S value is 11.320,and the standard deviation is only 0.196.
