摘要
据统计目前大部分海上气井都存在环空带压问题,最高环空带压值超过18 MPa,如何管控环空带压气井的安全风险是亟待解决的问题。在研究API RP90和ISO 16530-2等国际标准的基础上,结合海上气井的井身结构、完井管柱和井下工具情况,针对海上环空带压气井,建立了一套适用于海上气井环空带压的管理方案,并通过在海上气田的应用分析证明了方案的可行性。本文研究成果对于海上环空带压气井的安全生产和管理具有指导意义。
        Statistics shows that most of the offshore gas wells have the problem of annular pressure. The maximum annular pressure is over 18 MPa. How to control the safety risks in gas wells with annular pressure is a problem demanding prompt solution. Based on research on international standards like API RP90 and ISO 16530-2, and in combination with well configuration, completion strings and downhole tools of offshore gas wells, a set of management program was established, which is suitable for offshore gas wells with annular pressure, and its viability is justified by offshore gas field application. The research findings of this paper have a guiding significance for safe production and management of offshore gas wells with annular pressure.
