摘要
建立了以羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)为手性流动相添加剂、拆分盐酸氯丙那林的方法。使用C18色谱柱,考察了有机修饰剂的种类及配比、流动相的流速对拆分的影响。结果表明,当流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水(体积比为80∶5∶15),HP-β-CD浓度为0.8mmol·L~(-1),流速为0.8m L·min~(-1),检测波长为216nm时,盐酸氯丙那林的分离度为1.45。
        The enantiomeric separation of clorprenaline hydrochloride was studied using the hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD) as chiral mobile phase additive. The influences of type and concentration of organic modifier, the flow rate on the enantiomers separation were investigated on a C18 column. when The results showed that the mobile phase consist of acetonitrile-methanol-water was 80:5:15(V/V/V), contained 0.8 mmol/L HP-β-CD, at the flow rate of 0.8 m L/min, the detection wavelength was at 216 nm, the resolution of clorprenaline hydrochloride enantiomers was 1.45.
