摘要
研究新鲜大豆油、煎炸大豆油、生物柴油残渣3种常见植物油和一种矿物油再生剂对老化沥青三大指标、流变性质和微观组成的影响。结果表明,几种再生剂均可恢复老化沥青针入度、软化点和延度指标至基质沥青水平;流变性能测试表明,4种再生剂对老化沥青的复数模量和相位角恢复能力存在差异,再生剂降低了老化沥青抗车辙性能;红外光谱测试表明,植物油不含有芳烃类物质,矿物油再生剂降低了老化沥青羰基与亚砜基含量,3种植物油降低了老化沥青亚砜基含量,增加羰基含量。
        The influence of fresh soybean oil,fried soybean oil,biodiesel residue and a traditional mineral oil regeneration agent on the three indexes of aged asphalt,rheological properties and microstructure were investigated.The results show that both vegetable oil and mineral oil regenerative agent can restore the penetration of aging asphalt,softening point and ductility index to the base asphalt level,rheological property test shows that the complex modulus and phase angle recovery ability of the four regenerating agents are different,and the regenerating agent reduces the rutting resistance of the aging asphalt,infrared spectra showed that the vegetable oil contained no aromatics,and the mineral oil regeneration agent reduced the carbonyl and sulfoxide contents of the aged asphalt,three oils reduce the content of aging bitumen sulfoxide and increase the content of carbonyl.
