摘要
目的探究TNF-β、IL-6联合检测在放射性肺炎诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院2016年1月~2018年7月收治的80例非小细胞肺癌患者,所有患者术后均进行放疗治疗,根据患者是否发生放射性肺炎进行分组,26例放射性肺炎患者设为观察组,54例非放射性肺炎患者设为对照组,对比两组患者各时期的TNF-β、IL-6水平变化情况,并采用相关性分析检验TNF-β、IL-6水平与放射性肺炎的相关性。结果观察组患者放疗前、放疗结束后4周TNF-β水平与对照组对比无显著差异(P> 0.05),但放疗中、放疗结束时、放疗结束后2周TNF-β水平均显著高于对照组(均P <0.05);观察组患者放疗前、放疗结束后4周IL-6水平与对照组对比无显著差异(P> 0.05),但放疗中、放疗结束时、放疗结束后2周IL-6水平均显著高于对照组(均P <0.05);TNF-β、IL-6水平均与放射性肺炎有明显相关性(P <0.05)。结论 TNF-β、IL-6水平变化能够提示放射性肺炎的进展情况,可用于放射性肺炎的临床诊断。
        Objective To explore the value of combined detection of TNF-and IL-6 in the diagnosis of radiation pneumonitis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from 2016 January to July 2018, all patients were treated with radiotherapy after surgery, according to whether the patients had radiation pneumonia were grouped, 26 patients with radiation pneumonia were set up as observation group, 54 patients with non-radiation pneumonia as control group, compared with two groups of patients with radiation pneumonia. The levels of TNF-beta and IL-6 were measured at different stages, and the correlation between the levels of TNF-beta and IL-6 and radiation pneumonia was examined by correlation analysis. Results There was no signi?cant difference in the levels of TNF-beta between the two groups before and 4 weeks after radiotherapy(P > 0.05), but the levels of TNF-beta in the observation group were signi?cantly higher than those in the control group at the middle, end and 2 weeks after radiotherapy(P < 0.05). There was no signi?cant difference in the level of IL-6 between the control group and the 4-week post-bundle group(P > 0.05), but the level of IL-6 was signi?cantly higher than that of the control group during, after and 2 weeks after radiotherapy(P < 0.05); the levels of TNF-beta and IL-6 were signi?cantly correlated with radiation pneumonia(P < 0.05). Conclusion The changes of TNF-beta and IL-6 levels can indicate the progress of radiation pneumonia and can be used for clinical diagnosis of radiation pneumonia.
