摘要
随着武器装备的体系化和复杂化,装备维修保障要求提高,但现有的维修工时数计算方法存在很多不足。为此根据维修人员工时需求产生过程,运用以可靠性为中心的维修理论(RCM)中的预防性维修策略和方法,建立基于工龄更换的工时计算模型。计算机仿真结果表明,与传统维修工时计算方法相比,考虑预防性维修的计算方法使维修效率提高了36.53%,并且对确定维修人员数量、优化维修人员配置和提高维修效率有重要的作用。
        With complicated weapon equipment system, the requirements for equipment maintenance and support are higher, but the existing maintenance man-hour calculation methods have many shortcomings. A man-hour calculation model based on service age replacement was constructed based on the preventive maintenance strategy in Reliability-Centered Maintenance(RCM) theory. The computer simulation results show that the proposed method improves the maintenance efficiency by 36.53% compared to the traditional maintenance man-hour calculation method, and can play an important role in determining the number of maintenance personnel, optimizing the maintenance personnel assignment using maintenance resources efficiently and improving maintenance efficiency.
