摘要
在卷烟梗丝BD干燥工艺中,对梗丝温度和含水率的精确控制是关键环节。根据烟厂客户需求和梗丝BD干燥工艺规范,分析PID控制算法,结合实际生产情况,设计实现满足企业现代化需求的PID控制程序。PLC通过调用新型PID控制程序可精确控制风机风门开度和热交换器蒸汽流量,从而实现梗丝快速干燥定型,提高梗丝填充能力和质量。开车后系统运行正常,满足实际工程需求。
        Accurate control of the temperature and moisture of cut stems plays a key role in BD drying of cut stems. Based on the requirements of cigarette factory clients and the specification of cut stem's BD drying process,this project has analyzed PID control algorithm and designed from the practical production the PID control program to meet the demands of enterprise modernization. By calling the PID control program,PLC can precisely control the opening of fan throttle and steam flowing of heat exchanger,so as to realize rapidly drying stereotypes of cut stems,and improve cut stem filling ability and quality. The system can run normally after operation,and meet the demands of practical engineering.
