摘要
分层注水工艺技术的不断提升,提高油田水驱整体效益发挥了重要作用。针对现有已桥式偏心、桥式同心为主体的高效测调分注工艺存在无法监测历史配注数据、现场调配工作量大等问题,提出一种基于系统辨识的存储式智能堵塞器,通过存储在芯片内的数据实现了压力和流量的历史数据实时监测,单片机唤醒监测实现定周期内自动调配,并且根据井管与地层的压差流量和压差的换算公式实现压差与流量的系统辨识,进而得到堵塞器水嘴开度的流量特性。最后运用了MTALAB进行数据分析及系统仿真,证实了该智能堵塞器的可靠性能,能更好的完善油田分层注水高效测调技术。
        The continuous improvement of the layered water injection technology has played an important role in improving the overall efficiency of water flooding in oil field. In view of the existing bridge eccentric and concentric bridge as the subject,measuring and adjusting injection has cannot monitor the history data of injection allocation,on-site deployment workload big problem is proposed in this paper a storage intelligence based on system identification is blocked,through the data stored in the chip realizes the pressure and flow based on the historical data in real-time monitoring,singlechip wake-up monitoring the cycle automatic deployment and according to the tube wells and strata pressure differential flow and pressure difference conversion formula between the realization of pressure difference and flow of system identification,and then get the plug nozzle opening degree of the flow characteristics. Finally,using the MTALAB data analysis and system simulation,confirmed the reliability of the intelligent plug,and can better improve the oilfield stratified water injection efficiency measurement technology.
