摘要
流量脉动特性是轴向柱塞泵的固有特性,是影响轴向柱塞泵工作性能和液压系统稳定性的重要因素。为减小轴向柱塞泵的流量脉动,理论分析了其运动特性和流量脉动特性;基于AMESim软件建立了仿真模型,得到了不同柱塞数目、转速和斜盘倾角情况下的流量脉动曲线。研究结果表明:轴向柱塞泵的流量脉动随柱塞数目增加、转速提高和斜盘倾角的增大而减小,研究结果为减小轴向柱塞泵的流量脉动提供了参考依据。
        Flow pulsation characteristic is the inherent characteristic of the axial plunger pump,and it is an important factor that affects the working performance and the stability of the hydraulic system. To reduce the flow pulsation of axial plunger pump,theoretical analysis of the motion characteristics and flow pulsation characteristic are carried out. The simulation model was built based on the AMESim software to obtain the flow pulsation curves of different plunger number,speed and angle of inclination of the inclined disc case. The research results show that the flow pulsation of the axial piston pump decreases with the increase of the number of the plunger,the rotational speed and the angle of inclination of the inclined disc,which provide the reference for reducing the flow pulsation of plunger pump.
