摘要
【目的/意义】学术实体合作关系评估对于科技管理者整合创新资源、提高创新效率,科研人员发现潜在合作对象具有很强的现实意义。【方法/过程】本文以合著科技文献数量作为关键评价指标,利用作者、研究机构、国家三类实体间的合作关系建立多层合作关系网络,提出支持同层级和跨层级实体间合作范围和合作强度的测度方法。【结果/结论】对我国双一流高校国际合作情况进行实证,验证了测度模型的有效性。
        【Purpose/significance】The evaluation of cooperation between academic entities is of great practical significance to integrate innovative resources and improve innovation efficiency for scientific & technological managers and to find potential cooperators for researchers.【Method/process】This paper uses the number of co-authored scientific literatures as the key evaluation index. A heterogeneous relationship network model of academic entity is proposed by analyzingco-authorship and co-operation relationship among academic entities: authors、research institutions or countries. Based onthe model, the scope and the density of cooperation between the same level and different level entities can be calculated.【Result/conclusion】An empirical study on the international cooperation of China's double world-classes universities isconducted to verify the validity of the measurement model.
