摘要
基于图形化编程语言的虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW,设计一套高分辨光声显微成像系统,实现步进电机运动扫描,数据采集、转移和存储,图像实时重建显示等多功能协调工作。使用该系统进行了小鼠活体耳部血管成像实验,其微血管脉络得到完整呈现。结果证明,该系统成像性能稳定,可操作性强,对于其他生物医学成像系统的构建具有广泛的参考价值。
A high-resolution photoacoustic microscopic imaging system was designed by a graphic programming language based on virtual instrument software LabVIEW, which realized a multi-functional combination such as step motor scanning, data acquisition、 transfer and storage, image real-time reconstruction and display, etc. The microvascular of a mouse ear was imaged by using this system. The results show that the imaging performance of the system is stable and maneuverable,and it provids valuable references for design of other biomedical imaging system.
