摘要
针对防爆电气设备的防爆性能和试验要求,依据IEC 60079-0-2017和GB 3836.1—2010标准规定,分析总结了防爆电气设备通用机械性能和环境可靠性的试验要求,并制定了金属部件和非金属部件相应的试验程序。根据实验室认可通用要求,结合防爆电气检测专业实验室的技术特点,归纳了开展实验室认可活动的注意事项。
For the explosion-proof performance and test requirements of explosion-proof electrical equipment, and according to IEC 60079-0-2017 and GB 3836.1-2010 standards, the test requirements for general mechanical performance and environmental reliability of explosion-proof electrical equipment are analyzed and summarized. In addition, the test procedures of metal components and non-metal components are designed. According to the general requirements of laboratory accreditation and the technical characteristics of the professional laboratory of explosion-proof electrical testing, the precautions for carrying out laboratory accreditation activities are summarized.
