摘要
目的探索医院消化内镜中心电子内镜设备的使用保养。方法从了解电子内镜设备的结构原理,点检,清洗、消毒、灭菌(Cleaning, Disinfection and Sterilization,CDS),常见故障预防等方面来达到对内镜进行管理。结果通过在我院关于内镜设备的保养工作的开展,得知我院电子内镜设备使用中最常见的故障为漏水引起的故障及送水送气不畅。结论临床使用科室做好内镜的测漏和CDS,医学工程科做好点检和设备的日常维护,就能最大程度减少设备故障率,从传统的被动的维修模式转变为质量保障的模式,使设备的经济效益最大化。
        Objective To explore the use and maintenance of electronic endoscope equipment in the digestive endoscope center of hospital. Methods Endoscope was managed from the following aspects: the structure principle, cleaning, disinfection and sterilization(CDS), point detection and common fault prevention. Results Through the development of the maintenance of endoscopic equipment in our hospital, it is known that the most common faults in the use of electronic endoscopic equipment in our hospital are those caused by water leakage and poor water and air delivery. Conclusion By doing well the leak detection and CDS in the clinical use department, the medical engineering department does well the point inspection and the daily maintenance of the equipment, we can minimize the failure rate of the equipment and change from the traditional passive maintenance mode to the quality assurance mode.Maximize the economic benefits of the equipment.
