摘要
目的:研究MPN计数法对肉类食品检测金黄色葡萄球菌的影响。方法:选择2017年5月至2018年12月期间,每月在武汉市农贸市场购买的生猪肉、生牛肉、禽肉类及散装熟肉4类肉类食品作为研究对象,分别利用MPN计数法检测其中的金黄色葡萄球菌,观察其检测结果。结果:经过MPN计数法检测后,其中生猪肉有10份阳性,检出率26.32%;生牛肉有10份阳性,检出率31.25%;禽肉类有26份阳性,检出率50.98%;散装熟肉有19份阳性,检出率35.19%。结论:MPN计数法在肉类食品检测金黄色葡萄球菌中具有重要意义,检出率较高,具有临床推广使用的价值。
        Objective: To study the effect of MPN counting method on the detection of Staphylococcus aureus in meat products. Methods: From May 2017 to December 2018, four kinds of raw meats such as raw pork, raw beef, poultry and bulk cooked meat purchased at the farmer's market in this city were used as research objects, and were detected by MPN counting method. Among them, Staphylococcus aureus, the results of the observation period. Results: All meats were tested by MPN counting method, among which 10 were positive for raw pork, the detection rate was 26.32%; 10 were positive for raw beef, the detection rate was 31.25%; 26 were positive for poultry meat, the detection rate was 50.98%; 19 cooked meats were positive, and the detection rate was 35.19%. Conclusion: MPN counting method is of great significance in the detection of Staphylococcus aureus in meat foods. The detection rate is high and it has the value of clinical promotion.
