摘要

对刃具角度测量尺的设计原理、制造方案和测量方法进行详细论述,同时结合本单位的测量设备及生产现状,介绍了一些检测刀具刃部几何角度的常用手段。在现今刀具制造行业中,刃具角度测量尺在检测刀具几何角度、控制产品合格率方面有很广阔的应用前景。
        The design principle, manufacturing scheme and measurement method of the measuring ruler of the cutting tool are discussed in detail. At the same time, in combination with the measurement equipment and production status of the unit, some common methods for detecting the geometrical angle of the tool cutting edge are introduced. In the current tool manufacturing industry, the cutting tool angle measuring rule has a very broad practical prospect in detecting the tool geometry angle and controlling the product qualification rate.
