摘要
沈阳南焊轨基地现使用的超声无损检测设备存在诸多不足,为提升对成品焊缝的检验质量及效率,结合现场铝热焊缝伤损实际,对焊轨基地厂焊焊缝探伤设备及工艺进行深入研究,应用相控阵超声检测技术提出可行的实施方案。通过利用相控阵技术,对现场铝热焊及闪光焊缝进行检测尝试,证明可以将相控阵技术引入焊轨基地应用,能提高焊轨基地厂焊焊缝探伤效率,并实现自动化探伤作业。
Many defects exist in the ultrasonic non-destructive testing equipment used in the Shenyang South Rail Welding Base of Shenyang Bureau. To improve the quality and efficiency of finished weld inspection,in combination of the actual defects in rail thermit welds,an in-depth study is made on the weld inspection equipment and technology of the rail welding base,with a feasible implementation scheme proposed by applying phase-array ultrasonic testing. Based on phase-array ultrasonic testing,attempts are made to inspect the thermit welding and flash welding joints at the site. Phase-array ultrasonic testing may be introduced and used at the rail welding base,which can improve its weld inspection efficiency and realize automatic flaw detection.
