摘要
目的:研究用不同的人体测量指标,测定超重和肥胖的患病率和分布。方法:对991名男性和1188名女性进行横向研究,年龄在15—74岁之间。测量体重指标(BMI)、腰围、腰臀比率、腰身高比率和体脂百分比。采集空腹血液。评价CVD危险因素。结论:研究数据表明,腰臀比率和腰身高比率是预测男性心血管危险因素最好的人体测量指标,腰臀比率和腰围是女性最好的预测指标。
        Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the prevalence and distribution of overweight and obesity, using different anthropometric measurements. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted with 991 men and 1188 women aged 15 to 74 years old. Body mass index(BMI), waist circumference, waist-to-hip ratio, waist-to-height ratio and percentage of body fat were measured. A fasting blood specimen was obtained. CVD risk factors were assessed. Conclusion: Our data indicated that WHR and WHt R were the anthropometric indicators that best predicted CVD risk factors in men and WHR and WC in women.
