摘要
目的:探讨多排螺旋CT多平面重建各测量指标对髌股关节不稳的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析34个髌股关节不稳的膝关节和34个正常人膝关节CT影像资料,测量两组髌股关节滑车沟角、外侧滑车倾斜度、滑车沟深度、滑车面不对称性、Insall-Salvati指数、股骨滑车与胫骨结节间的水平距离(tibialtuberosity-trochlear groove distance,TT-TG)进行对比分析。结果:两组髌股关节滑车沟角、外侧滑车倾斜度、滑车沟深度、滑车面不对称性、Insall-Salvat指数对比差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05),TT-TG对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:在MSCT图像上测量髌股关节滑车沟角、外侧滑车倾斜度、滑车沟深度、滑车面不对称性、Insall-Salvat指数对髌股关节不稳的诊断具有价值。
Objective To explore the Value of measure index of MSCT in diagnosis of Patellofemoral Instability.Method Retrospective analysis of CT image of 34 Patellofemoral Instability knee and 34 normal knee, comparative analysis of the patellofemoral joint groove angle, lateral pulley inclination,pulley groove depth, asymmetry of the pulley surface, Insall-Salvati index and TT-TG. Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the patellofemoral joint groove angle, lateral pulley inclination,pulley groove depth,asymmetry of the pulley surface and Insall-Salvati index( P <0. 05). However,no significant difference was found in TT-TG between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion It is valuable to measure the patellofemoral joint patellofemoral joint groove angle, lateral pulley inclination,pulley groove depth, asymmetry of the pulley surface and Insall-Salvati index on the MSCT image for the diagnosis of patellofemoral instability.
