国标校准方法用于浓密膏体管道流量测量装置的适用性分析

摘要
浓密膏体管道流量测量装置是专为浓密膏体领域的实验研究和工程需要研发的一种流量计,该流量计必须要经过定期校准才能投入使用。为找到适于浓密膏体管道流量测量装置使用的校准方法,分析了多个国家标准中规定的方法(称重法、容积法、标准表法和标准体积管法),通过分析比较,最终得出只有称重法和标准体积管法能够适应不同含固量、不同电导率及不同流动性的浓密膏体,故建议此两种方法作为浓密膏体管道流量测量装置校准的方法。
        Thick paste pipe flow measurement device was designed for the thick paste in the field of experimental research and engineering needs to develop a flow meter,the flowmeter must be periodically calibrated before putting into use. In order to find a calibration method suitable for the flow measurement device of the thick paste pipe,analysis of several national standards in the provisions of the method( such as weighing method,volumetric method,the standard table method and the standard volume tube method). Through the analysis and comparison,it is concluded that only the weighing method and the standard volume tube method can be used to adapt to the thick paste with different solid content,different conductivity and mobility. It is suggested that the calibration method for the flow measurement device of the thick paste pipe flow is proposed.
