摘要
浓密膏体具有黏度大、颗粒细、电导率低、输送流速慢等特点,因此对其管道流速的测量难以应用市场中现有的各种流量计。迫于工程实践和实验研究的需要,自主研发了一种浓密膏体管道流速测量装置。基于计算机虚拟仪器技术和LabVIEW图形化编程软件平台,开发了一套数据采集系统,帮助实现自动化在线测量。该系统硬件由数据采集卡、端口接线板和计算机组成,软件由数据采集、回放和计算3个模块组成。对煤泥多流速的多次测量结果证明其达到了设计要求,测量范围在0.1~0.9m/s的线性度和重复性都小于1.5%,静态特性良好。
        As thick pastes are viscosity,fine-grain-size,low-conductivity,and slow-flow-rate,there isn' t a suitable flowmeter in the market for the pipe flow rate measurement of the thick pastes.Considering the requirements in engineering projects and experimental studies,a new flow rate measurement apparatus of thick pastes is researched and manufactured.A data acquisition system is developed to help to measure automatically on line based on the computer virtual instrument technology and Lab VIEW graphics programming software platform,whose hardware is composed of a data acquisition card,a terminal board and a computer,and software is composed of a data acquisition module,a playback module and a calculation one.The results of the pipe flow rate acquisition experiment proves that the system meets the design qualification.Moreover,both linearity and repeatability are less than 1.5%when the velocity measurement range within 0.1 ~0.9 m/s,which signs a good static performance.
