摘要
世纪号FPSO是渤海湾首例服役的15万t级浮式生产储油卸油装置,其外输滚筒上配备有外输软管应急释放系统,可在紧急状况下将整条外输软管应急释放到海中,防止原油泄漏和软管损伤,降低原油外输的安全风险。针对现有应急释放系统存在的故障,通过现场调研后进行应急释放系统优化改造,消除了故障且性能更优。
        The Shiji FPSO is the unloading device of 150-thousand-ton floating production storage and the first service boat of Bohai Gulf,its offloading reel equipped with offloading hose emergency release system can be in an emergency situation of the whole transportation emergency release hose into the sea,thus preventing oil leakage and hose damage,reducing the safety risk of raw oil. Aiming at the fault of the existing emergency release system,emergency release system optimization is carried out after field investigation to meet the use requirements
