摘要

对一款全新概念的深水动力定位原油输送装置CTV(Cargo Transfer Vessel)进行分析。该装置配置有动力定位(Dynamic Positioning,DP)系统和原油转驳输送系统,利用DP系统的全方位推进功能牵引超大型油船(Very Large Crude Carrier,VLCC)等常规油船执行相对于浮式生产储油卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)的机动系泊定位,通过大口径输油软管将FPSO上的原油转驳输送至VLCC等常规油船上,实现离岸深水FPSO的原油外输。从模式特点、功能配置和操作流程等几个方面分析这种新型原油输送装置的应用模式,为相关专业人员提供参考。
        The CTV(Cargo Transfer Vessel)is the equipment designed to transfer crude oil from an FPSO(Floating Production Storate and Offloading)into conventional tankers such as a VLCC(Very Large Crude Carrier)with its pumping facility.It is equipped with DP(Dynamic Positioning)system to keep the relative position between the tanker and the FPSO.The crude oil is transferred to the tanker from the FPSO through large diameter hose to achieve crude oil transmission at sea.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the operation,function configuration and operation process from the angle of application of a CTV.
