摘要
通过某高砷金矿浮选前后各物料中砷的物相组成分析,研究浮选过程中砷的转化机理。研究表明,砷在金矿浮选前后主要以砷酸盐形式存在,以硫化物及氧化物形式存在量很少;浮选过程砷的硫化物大部分进入精矿产品中,而氧化物及砷酸盐则几乎全部进入尾矿中;选矿废水中砷主要以悬浮物固体形态存在,而非常规的酸性废水中以离子形态存在。采用"压滤脱水—混凝沉淀"的选矿废水处理工艺,砷的去除率达到95%,且废水闭路循环,用水量减少。
Studying arsenic phase in various product which produced in a high arsenic gold ore flotation process,it is concluded that the transformation mechanism of arsenic in the process of flotation: arsenic are mainly exists in the form of arsenate,a little exists in the form of sulfide and oxide before and after,arsenic sulfide most entering the product,and arsenic oxide and arsenate were almost all into the tailings in the process of flotation.Arsenic were mainly exists in wastewater by suspended solid form,unconventional ions of acidic wastewater. Using the ore dressing wastewater treatment process of " filter dewatering and coagulation sedimentation",to make arsenic removal rate of 95%,waste water closed-circuit circulation and zero emissions.
