摘要
采用不同物料进行分段中和、曝气、混凝处置硫酸法钛白生产过程中产生的酸性废水。研究表明,单独使用碳酸钙、氧化钙或其他的碱性物质处理硫酸法钛白酸性废水,存在经济成本高、效果差等劣势。采取组合原料、分段处理的方式,可以使色度、悬浮物等指标达到GB 8978—2002《污水综合排放标准》要求,并且经济运行成本低廉。
        The acidic wast ewater produced in titanium dioxide production by sulfuric acid-process,was treated by different materials with sectional neutralization,aeration,and coagulation.Research results showed that there were disadvantages,such as high cost and bad effect,if singly use any of calcium carbonate,calcium oxide or other alkaline substances to dispose the acidic waste water of sulfuric acid-process titanium dioxide.However,if the combined raw materials,and segmented way were adopted,the color,suspended solid,and other indicators could meet the requirements of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—2002) and the economic operation cost was low at the same time.
