摘要
卧式螺旋式离心机,一种采用离心力实现二相或三相物料分离的工业化生产装备,在造纸法再造烟叶行业得到了广泛应用。本文从卧螺式离心机的主要结构及运行过程、在再造烟叶生产中的应用情况两个方面进行介绍。重点阐述了卧螺式离心机用于提取后物料固液分离、浸提液净化处理、白水处理的应用效果及设备运行关键参数。经卧螺式离心机处理后,造纸法再造烟叶提取后物料固相干度最高达32.2%,液相悬浮物含量最低达0.14%,浸提液净化处理后出液悬浮物含量最低达0.15%,白水出液悬浮物含量最低达0.09%。论文最后对卧螺式离心机的应用前景进行了展望。
        Horizontal screw centrifuge, a kind of equipment using centrifugal force to realize two-phase or threephase separation, has been widely used in reconstituted tobacco production. The main structure and operation process of the horizontal screw centrifuge and its application in reconstituted tobacco production were discussed in this paper. It mainly clarified the application effects and key operating parameters of the horizontal screw centrifuge for solid-liquid separation of tobacco materials after extraction, purification treatment of extracted liquid and middle-stage water treatment. After the treatment by the horizontal screw centrifuge, dryness of the extracted tobacco solid was up to 32.2%, content of liquid suspended substance was as low as 0.14%, content of suspended substance after extraction purification was as low as 0.15%, and content of suspended substance of the middle-stage water was as low as 0.09%. In the end, this paper made an outlook on the future application of the horizontal screw centrifuge.
