摘要
阐述了垃圾焚烧厂渗沥液处理面临进水悬浮物和胶体物质浓度高、厌氧需加温以及沼气需利用、好氧工艺有大量剩余污泥、膜浓缩液难处理等问题。经过实践探索,形成针对性的解决方案:焚烧发电厂内有蒸汽可以提供给厌氧、厌氧产生沼气和处理系统的臭气可进焚烧厂焚烧,污泥脱水后进焚烧炉焚烧,浓缩液根据不同性质分别回用至垃圾焚烧厂不同的工艺段。渗沥液处理环节的物料和能源通过与焚烧工艺的互补,厂区内实现各种副产物的最终消纳,从而实现渗沥液处理的"零排放"。
The problems of leachate treatment in waste incineration plant,such as high concentration of suspended matter and colloid,anaerobic heating,utilization of biogas,large amount of residual sludge in aerobic process and difficult treatment of concentrated liquid in film were elaborated. Through practice exploration,targeted solutions were formed. For example,in the incineration power plant,steam can be supplied to anaerobic,anaerobic production of biogas and treatment system odors can be incinerated,sludge dehydrated and incinerated,and the concentrate can be recycled to different process sections according to different properties. The materials and energy in the leachate treatment process were complemented with the incineration process,and final consumption of various by-products was achieved in the plant,to achieve"zero discharge"of leachate treatment.
