摘要
以十二胺为捕收剂浮选赤铁矿和石英单矿物时,木薯原淀粉作为抑制剂选择性较差,而磷酸酯淀粉表现出较好的选择性。采用石英晶体微天平(QCM-D)测定了两种抑制剂溶液分别在Fe2O3镀层和SiO2镀层的石英晶体谐振器表面的吸附全过程,两种抑制剂在Fe2O3表面的吸附作用快、吸附紧密、吸附层质量较高、且吸附不可逆;两种抑制剂在SiO2表面的吸附层质量较低、且吸附可逆,同时吸附速度有显著差别,木薯淀粉的吸附速度快、而磷酸酯淀粉的吸附速度较慢。
        In the flotation of hematite and quartz with dodecylamine as collector,the selectivity of cassava starch as depressant was poor,while phosphate ester starch showed better selectivity.The adsorption process of two depressants solutions on the surface of quartz crystal sensors of Fe_2O_3 coating and SiO_2 coating was measured by using quartz crystal microbalance(QCM-D).The adsorption of two depressant on the surface of Fe_2O_3 is fast,irreversible,and tight,and the quality of the adsorption layer is high.The adsorption of two depressant on the surface of SiO_2 was reversible and the quality of the adsorption layer is low.The adsorption rate of cassava starch and phosphate ester starch were significantly different,and the adsorption rate of phosphate ester starch was lower than that of cassava starch.
