摘要
为了推广钢纤维尾矿砂混凝土在建筑、桥梁等工程中的应用,以尾矿砂取代率(0、20 %、40 %、50 %、60 %、80 %、100 %)和钢纤维体积率(0、1 %、1.5 %、2 %)为试验参数,制作了24组不同尾矿砂替代率和钢纤维掺量混凝土试件进行试验,探究尾矿砂和钢纤维掺量对混凝土基本力学性能的影响。结果表明:尾矿砂颗粒级配满足制备混凝土对骨料的基本要求,建议尾矿砂替代率为40 %~60 %;钢纤维对抗压强度的增强作用并不显著;钢纤维的掺入显著提高混凝土的抗劈裂和抗折性能,建议钢纤维掺量为1.5 %。
In order to promote the steel fiber tail sand concrete in bridge construction and other projects, 24 different set tailings sand replacement rate(0 20 % 40 % 50 % 60 % 80 % 100 %) and dosage of steel fiber(0 1 % 1.5 % 2 %) reinforced concrete specimens are designed to research the mechanical behavior of concrete. The results show that the tailings sand meets size distribution of the basic requirements for the preparation of concrete aggregate, suggesting tail sand replacement rate is 40 %-60 %; The incorporation of steel fiber did not increase the compressive strength of concrete. The incorporation of steel fiber significantly improves the anti-splitting and bending strength properties of concrete, suggesting that the content of steel fiber is 1.5 %.
