摘要
滨海段混凝土随季节潮汐变化遭受海水冲刷及荷载影响,环境条件恶劣,海水中游离硫酸根离子SO_4~(2-)和Cl~-等腐蚀性离子含量偏多。为满足标准要求并保证设计使用寿命,根据项目建设标准要求,海工耐久混凝土以耐久性为基础,特点是掺加合格的矿物掺和料和高效减水剂、抗硫酸盐、抗氯离子外加剂,从而取用较低的水胶比和较少的水泥用量,并通过制作上的严格质量控制,使其达到在海洋环境中具有良好的工作性、均匀性、密实性和体积稳定性。
        The concrete in the coastal section is affected by seawater erosion and load along with seasonal tidal changes. The environmental conditions are harsh, and the content of free sulfate ions of SO_4~(2-) and Cl~- and other corrosive ions, such as Cl-, in seawater are relatively high. In order to meet the standard requirements and ensure the designed service life, and according to the project construction standard requirements, marine durable concrete takes the durability as the basis, and it is characterized by the addition of qualified mineral admixtures and superplasticizers, sulfate resistance and chloride ion resistance additives, so as to obtain lower water-cement ratio and less cement consumption. And then, through strict quality control in production, it can achieve good workability, uniformity, compactness and volume stability in marine environment.
