摘要
基于接枝共聚理论的不断发展和应用,提出以淀粉、膨润土作为基体,丙烯酰胺作为单体,用过硫酸钾作为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作为交联剂,利用膨润土比表面积高及吸附性能好的优势,制备一种凝聚型抑尘剂。用单因素实验测试选出产物的最优配比,以接触角实验测试产物的润湿性,以产物作用于煤粉表面的实际凝聚效果分析产物的作用机理,以扫描电镜实验观察产物失水后的表面结构。结果表明:产物的润湿性能好,凝聚效果好,能很好的起到抑尘作用。
Based on the continuous development and application of graft copolymerization theory,it was proposed to prepare a condensing dust suppressant by taking starch and bentonite as the matrix,acrylamide as monomer,potassium persulfate as initiator,and N-N′methylene diacrylamide as cross-linking agent.High specific surface area and adsorption performance of bentonite were used in the preparation.The optimal ratio of the selected product was tested by single factor experiment.The wettability of the product was tested by contact angle experiment,the action mechanism of the product was analyzed based on the actual coagulation effect of the product on the pulverized coal surface,the surface structure of the product after water loss was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the product had a good wettability,good coagulation effect and could conduct a good dust inhibition.
