摘要
鄯善油田进入特高含水开发期后,杆管偏磨、结垢严重,制约了油田正常生产。利用液力反馈泵特殊结构提供的下行动力,结合油田深抽杆柱形变的特点进行优化选型、中性点计算和排量匹配设计;同时针对垢卡井实施大排量洗井成功解卡。现场应用结果表明,设计后的液力反馈泵深抽技术能够解决油田生产过程由杆柱失稳引起的偏磨;对偏磨结垢引起的井卡可以通过洗井解卡,延长油井免修期。
        After Shanshan Oilfield entered the ultra-high water cut development period,the eccentric wear and scaling of rod and tube were serious,which restricted the normal production of the oilfield. In combination with the deformation characteristics of deep sucker rod string in oilfield,the downward power provided by the special structure of hydraulic feedback pump is used to optimize the type selection,neutral point calculation and displacement matching design. At the same time,large displacement well washing is successfully carried out for scale sticking wells. The application results show that the designed deep pumping technology of hydraulic feedback pump can solve the problem of oilfield production. The eccentric wear caused by rod string instability and the wellbore sticking caused by eccentric wear and scaling can be removed by well washing to prolong the no repair period of oil wells.
