基于不对称全桥型MMC的船舶永磁电机推进系统仿真

摘要
为优化中压推进电机调速性能,利用模块化多电平变换器(Modular Multilevel Converter, MMC)作为推进电机变频器。采用不对称全桥型子模块拓扑,并设计相应的不对称全桥型MMC电机变频调速系统应用于船舶电推系统。在Matlab/Simulink环境下,分析船舶在不同工况下的螺旋桨工作特性以及不对称全桥型MMC调速性能。仿真结果表明,不对称全桥型MMC应用于船舶推进电机调速系统具有良好的控制精度及动态响应能力,采用分级运行模式对推进系统进行启动、停车以及倒车过程,可以减缓MMC电容电压波动,提高系统工作性能。
        Modular Multilevel Converter(MMC) is a promising converter topology to be applied in propulsion motor inverter. Firstly, an asymmetric full-bridge sub module(SM) topology is used to optimize the system performance. Then the corresponding propulsion motor variable frequency speed regulating system is designed based on MMC. The simulation results show that the system has good control accuracy and dynamic response ability under various working conditions. And the voltage ripple on MMC capacitors can be suppressed when the system operating in stages.
