海底铁锰矿物中稀土元素富集的控制因素

摘要
在不同氧化还原条件下生成的铁锰结核(壳)具有不同的稀土元素特征。在弱氧化条件下形成的成岩型结核中,稀土元素总量相对较低,Ce异常不明显,稀土元素主要存在于Fe相中;在强氧化条件下形成的水成结核(壳)稀土元素总量相对较高,Ce表现为较强的正异常。Ce的丰度主要受非晶质的Fe控制,而三价稀土元素的丰度主要受Fe、Mn和P相矿物的共同作用。而铁锰结核(壳)中铁锰矿物主要受生长环境的影响,因此,铁锰结核(壳)中稀土元素的富集在一定程度上受铁锰结核(壳)生长环境的控制。
        Ferromanganese nodules(crusts) formed under different redox conditions of marine environments have different characteristics of rare earth elements.The concentration of rare earth elements in diagenetic nodules formed under less oxidating condition is lower relative to hydrogenous nodules.The Ce anomaly in diagenetic nodules is not large and the rare earth elements are mainly present in Fe phase. While the concentration of the hydrogenous nodules is higher than that formed under oxidating condition of marine environment. Ce is obviously positive anomaly.Ce is mainly controlled by the iron phase.The tervalent rare earth elements are mainly dependent on iron phase,phosphatic phase and manganese phase.The minerals of ferric and manganese are controlled by the environments in which ferromanganese nodules(crusts) are formed. Therefore,to some extent,the formation environments of ferromanganese nodules(crusts) influence the concentration of rare earth elements.
