青岛市海洋产业结构优化及对策研究

摘要
在我国加快建设海洋强国的背景下,对青岛市海洋产业进行优化分析,为青岛市海洋产业推动整体布局规划实现协调发展提供理论指导。通过多目标规划分析方法构造青岛市海洋产业优化模型,并选取2010—2015年青岛市海洋产业各部门数据进行定量分析。分析结果表明,青岛市海洋产业整体发展较好,海洋第一、第二产业实际值基本已超过最优值,而海洋第三产业实际值仍小于最优值,仍需要进行调整。最后结合产业敏感度分析,对各海洋产业提出具体优化对策建议。
The optimized analysis is carried out to Qingdao City marine industry under the background of China speeding up the construction of maritime power to provide theoretical instruction to Qingdao City marine industry to promote overall layout planning and realize harmonious development.Multi-objective programming and analysis method is used to construct the marine industry optimization model of Qingdao City,and the data of Qingdao City marine industry departments from 2010 to 2015to carry out quantitative analysis.The result shows that,the integral development of Qingdao City marine industry is relatively good,the actual value of marine primary and secondary industry has exceeded the optimal value,while the actual value of marine tertiary industry is still smaller than the optimal value,and it needs to be adjusted.In the last,the specific optimized countermeasure suggestions are put forward to the marine industries by combining with industrial sensitivity analysis.
