摘要
设计了一种CaO-CaF_2-TiO_2型碱性渣系,选用ERNiCrMo-3作为焊芯,制备适用于因康镍625合金焊接的镍基焊条JWENiCrMo-3。通过调整药皮中合金组分的加入量,优化熔敷金属合金元素的配比,制备出合金含量不同的镍铬钼合金,研究其力学性能、抗裂性能和高温氧化性能,熔金中锰铬钼铌含量居于标准值中线时,焊条的综合性能最佳。
A CaO-CaF_2-TiO_2 basic slag system was designed,ERNi Cr Mo-3 was selected as the welding core,to prepare nickel base electrode JWENiCrMo-3 suitable for Inconel625 alloy welding. The amount of alloy component in the coating was adjusted,optimizing the ratio of metal alloy elements,several Ni-Cr-Mo alloys with different alloy contents were obtained,the mechanical properties,crack resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance were studied.
