摘要
以北冰洋海域沉积物为样本,分离筛选具有抗黄曲霉特性的海洋微生物菌株。采用稀释涂布平板法分离出海洋微生物单菌落,滤纸片扩散法筛选出对黄曲霉具有拮抗作用的菌株,将抑菌效果最好的菌株进行16S r DNA鉴定,并研究其抑菌谱。实验得到1株抑制黄曲霉效果最佳的菌株(26号菌株),其抑菌圈直径为33. 26 mm,鉴定结果为芽孢杆菌(Bacillus),它对大肠杆菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、副溶血弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和肺炎克雷伯杆菌都表现出一定的抑菌效果,是一株广谱抗菌的海洋细菌。
        Strains of marine microorganisms against Aspergillus flavus were isolated and identified from the Arctic Ocean sediment samples. Strains of marine microorganisms were separated by dilution-plate method and screened by filter paper diffusion method. The strain with the best inhibiting effect was identified by 16 S r DNA identification,whose antibacterial spectrum was also studied. In the experiment,one strain with the best inhibiting effect,namely No. 26,was screened and selected. The average diameter of the inhibition zone was 33. 26 mm. It belongs to Bacillus. It showed some inhibiting effects against Escherichia coli,Salmonella typhimurium,Vibrio parahaemolyticu,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae,which is a marine bacterium with a broad antibacterial spectrum.
