摘要
海洋微生物特殊的生存环境造就了其独特的代谢方式,从海洋微生物代谢产物中发现具有良好生理活性的抗肿瘤先导化合物已经成为海洋药物开发的研究热点。本文综述了近年来从海洋微生物中发现的结构新颖的具有抗肿瘤活性的代谢产物。
        The special living environment of marine microorganisms has created its unique metabolic mode. The anti-tumor lead compounds with good physiological activity from marine microbial metabolites have become a research hotspot in marine drug development. This paper reviews the novel structurally important metabolites with antitumor activity found in marine microorganisms in recent years.
