摘要
采用断裂力学分析方法和谱疲劳分析方法对比深水半潜式钻井平台典型节点在南海典型海洋环境条件下的疲劳寿命,断裂力学分析中将平台结构裂纹作为张开型裂纹来处理,对比初始裂纹深度对计算结果的影响,并与结构谱疲劳寿命分析结果进行对比,结果表明,断裂力学方法用于南海环境条件下深水半潜式钻井平台疲劳分析较为准确,认为在缺乏结构初始裂纹数据情况下,半潜式平台结构采用断裂力学分析方法所采用的初始裂纹深度可用于平台结构的初始寿命评估及结构发现裂纹后剩余寿命的验证分析。
        The fatigue life of the typical joint of the deep-water semi-submersible drilling platform under the typical marine environment conditions in the south China sea was studied by the methods of fracture mechanics and spectral fatigue analysis. The crack of the platform structure was treated as the opening mode crack. The numerical results with different initial crack depth were compared with those of spectrum fatigue analysis. According to the results, the accuracy of the fracture mechanics method for the fatigue analysis of the deep-water semi-submersible rig under the environment of the south China sea was verified. The initial crack depth of semi-submersible platform structure using the method of fracture mechanics fatigue analysis was proposed. It can be used to evaluate the initial life of the platform structure and verify the remaining life of the structure after crack detection.
