摘要
港珠澳大桥处于高温、高湿、高盐的海洋环境下,尤其岛隧工程,内部结构复杂、构件繁多。在高腐蚀环境和运营荷载耦合作用下,将加速其性能退化,长寿命周期内的维养工作面临巨大挑战。文章从目标制定、架构设置、单元模块分解、规范检查流程、自动化及智能化检测、数据分析与研判、维修等方面全面介绍了项目的预防性维养管理应用,以期实现港珠澳大桥"为用户提供优质服务,运营世界级品牌,创造社会和经济价值"的运营目标。
        The Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge( HZMB) is located in marine environment of high temperature, high humidity and high salinity, especially in the island and tunnel project, with complex internal structure and various components.Under the coupling effect of high corrosion environment and operating load, degradation of HZMB working performance will be accelerated, which leads a great challenge to its maintenance work in long life cycle. We introduced the preventive maintenance management application of the project from the aspects of objective setting, organization setting, component units, inspection procedure, the automatic and intelligent testing, data analysis and determine, maintenance, etc. All those are expected to help realizing the HZMB operation objective of providing high quality services to users, operating a world-class brand, creating great social and economic value.
