摘要
为了解大西洋鲑(Salmo Salar)全雌二倍体和正常二倍体鱼种在集约化养殖中的优劣性,对比了二者在摄食、生长、发育等方面的参数,结果表明,全雌二倍体在前期生长、饲料消耗和病害死亡等方面稍显劣势;但在性腺发育淘汰、后期生产速度和产出成鱼比例等方面优于正常二倍体鲑鱼。对比实验表明大西洋鲑鱼全雌二倍体和正常二倍体在循环水系统养殖过程中各有优劣,可根据实际生产需要选取不同的鱼种进行养殖。
In order to choose proper strain for cultivation based on different production needs,we compared the performance between all-female diploid and normal diploid Atlanticsalmon in feeding, growth and development, and both the advantages and disadvantages of them in intensive culture were compared and analysed.The results showed that all-female diploids were slightly inferior to normal diploid salmon in terms of early growth, diet consumption and disease mortality, but superior to normal diploid salmon in terms of gonad development elimination, late production speed and proportion of adult fish.The comparative experiments showed that both all-female diploid and the normal diploid Atlantic salmon had their own advantages and disadvantages in the process of recirculating water system culture, and different strain could be choosed according to the actual production needs.
