航海类学生大证通过率影响因素调查分析及建议

摘要
为分析航海类学生大证通过率影响因素,本研究从学生本人、学生管理、教学管理及社会环境等四方面设计问卷对航海类学生进行调查,对数据统计分析,针对诱因提出相应的处理措施,对航海院校提高航海类专业学生大证通过率和培养高素质海运人才提供一定的借鉴。
In order to analyze the influencing factors of the passing rate of maritime students`, this study set four aspects to design the questionnaire survey, such as the students themselves, student management, teaching management and social environment, statistical analysis of data, and put forward the corresponding treatment measures for the incentives, to provide some reference materials for improve the high pass rate of "The seafarer 's competency certificate of the People' s Republic of China ", as well as train the high quality marine personnel.
