注射用哌拉西林钠/舒巴坦钠不良反应影响因素Logistic回归分析

摘要
目的探讨注射用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及其影响因素,促进临床合理用药。方法以主题词"哌拉西林舒巴坦、过敏、不良反应",在中国知网全文数据库、万方数据库和维普中文期刊全文数据库中进行检索,统计分析患者的性别、年龄、基础疾病、滴注药物浓度、复方药物成分比例、用药疗程、合并用药、累及器官/系统及主要临床表现等情况。结果共检索到42篇哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠不良反应报告,共计43例。主要是变态反应28例(65.11%),其次是神经系统损害8例(18.60%)。注射用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠致ADR的影响因素有患者的年龄、过敏史、基础疾病、复方成分比例、联合用药以及用药疗程。结论注射用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠使用时应严格把握适应证,充分了解注射用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠不良反应的影响因素,降低ADR风险,保障临床用药安全。
Objective To explore the occurrence and influencing factors of adverse drug reactions(ADR) of Piperacillin Sodium/Sulbactam Sodium for injection in order to improve clinical medication safety. Methods The literature data of gender, age, basic diseases, drip drug concentration, proportion of compound drug components, medication time, combined medication, involved organs/systems, and the main clinical manifestations were statistically analyzed from CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases by searching the keywords of "Piperacillin-Sulbactam", "hypersensitivity" and "adverse action". Results A total of 42 reports, involving 43 cases induced by Piperacillin-Sulbactam, were collected. The main adverse reactions of Piperacillin Sodium/Sulbactam Sodium for injection were allergic reaction of 28 cases(65.11%), followed by nervous system damage of 8 cases(18.60%). The influencing factors of ADR induced by Piperacillin Sodium/Sulbactam Sodium for injection included age, allergic history, underlying diseases, proportion of compound drug components, medication time, combined medication. Conclusion The indications of Piperacillin Sodium/Sulbactam Sodium for injection should be strictly mastered. The influencing factors of adverse reactions should be understood completely for reducing the risk of ADR and ensuring drug safety.
