质粒介导的喹诺酮耐药细菌的耐药机制

摘要
喹诺酮类抗菌药物是一种重要的广谱抗生素,属于化学合成抗菌药物。喹诺酮类抗菌药物,由于其优良的抗菌活性,安全性好,目前已在临床、畜牧业和水产业中广泛使用。耐药质粒的水平转移是喹诺酮耐药在不同细菌间传播的主要原因。本文就质粒介导的喹诺酮耐药机制和不同来源菌株质粒介导的喹诺酮耐药在国内的流行情况进行概述。
        Quinolones is an important broad-spectrum antibiotic, which belongs to chemically synthesized antibacterial agents. Quinolones are widely used in clinics, animal husbandry and aquaculture due to their excellent antibacterial activity and safety. Horizontal transfer of drug resistance plasmid is the main cause of quinolone resistance among different bacteria.In this review, the prevalence of quinolone resistant plasmid mediated quinolone resistance in China and the recently study of the plasmid mediated resistance mechanism were discussed.
