超高性能混凝土(UHPC)预制装配盖梁设计分析

摘要
以长沙市湘府路快速化改造工程为背景,提出装配式盖梁采用超高性能混凝土(UHPC),并对UHPC盖梁的受力性能进行分析。同时,将UHPC盖梁方案与预应力普通混凝土盖梁方案在材料用量、使用性能等方面进行对比分析。分析结果表明:采用UHPC盖梁在承载力极限状态及正常使用状态下受力性能良好;盖梁总质量大幅减小,便于盖梁构件运输及吊装施工;与普通预应力混凝土盖梁相比,UHPC盖梁的混凝土及钢绞线材料用量均大幅减少,具有较好的经济效益。
        Based on the rapid transformation project of Xiangfu Rd. in Changsha, UHPC is proposed to be used in the fabricated cover beams, and the mechanical properties of UHPC cover beams are analyzed. At the same time, the UHPC cover beam scheme and the prestressed ordinary concrete cover beam scheme are compared & analyzed in terms of material consumption & service performance. The analysis results show that the UHPC cover beam has good stress performance under the condition of bearing capacity limit and normal use state; the total mass of the cover beam is greatly reduced, which is convenient for transportation and hoisting construction of the cover beam member; compared with the ordinary prestressed concrete cover beam, UHPC cover beam concrete and steel strand material consumption are greatly reduced, with good economic benefits.
