摘要
为了明确水分处理对苦荞内源激素、产量和品质的影响,以苦荞品种威苦1号为试验材料,设置了不同水分处理,测定了威苦1号成熟期叶片中的内源激素含量、地上部农艺性状及最终的产量和品质。结果表明:威苦1号叶片中的ACC、IAA、Z+ZR和多胺含量随水分处理浓度的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,ABA含量则呈先降低后增加的趋势。威苦1号的株高、主茎节数随水分处理浓度的增加呈持续下降的趋势,主茎分枝数则持续增加;威苦1号的单株粒数、单株粒重、产量以水分处理为20%时达最高。威苦1号籽粒的蛋白质和膳食纤维含量随水分处理浓度的增加呈先增加后下降的趋势,当水分处理为20%时达最大;黄酮含量则随水分处理浓度的增加而呈持续下降的趋势。
        In order to explore the effect of water treatments on endogenous hormone, yield and quality of tartary buckwheat, the variety Weiku 1 was used as material, and the content of endogenous hormone in leaves, shoot agronomic traits, final yield and quality of tartary buckwheat treated by different water treatments were determined.The results showed that the content of ACC, IAA, Z+ZR and polyamine in the leaves of Weiku 1 increased first and then decreased with the increase of water treatment concentration, while the content of ABA decreased first and then increased. The plant height and main stem node number of Weiku 1 decreased continuously with the increase of water concentration, while the number of branches of the main stem increased continuously. Grain number per plant,grain weight per plant and yield of Weiku 1 were reached the maximum with 20% of water treatment. The content of protein and dietary fiber in grains of Weiku 1 increased first and then decreased with the increase of water concentration, which reached the maximum with 20% of water treatment. Flavonoid content showed a downward trend with the increase of water treatment concentration.
