摘要
随着高等教育改革的深化、辅导员队伍自身的发展以及大学生成长成才需求的变化,特别是在"世界一流大学和一流学科建设"的时代背景下,客观上需要一批学术研究深入、工作能力突出的专家型辅导员从事学生工作,进而提升高等教育人才培养质量。本文借助"社会角色理论"界定专家型辅导员角色,分析国家、高校和大学生对辅导员的期待,并提出专家型辅导员是集教育者、管理者和服务者于一身的角色定位,最终得出专家型辅导员将完成自身的角色使命的结论。
With the deepening of reforms in higher education, the development of the coaching staff itself, and the changing needs of college graduates who grow into talents, especially in the context of "world-class universities and first-rate discipline construction" , they objectively call for a group of academic research and in-depth work capabilities. Outstanding expert instructors are engaged in student work, thereby improving the quality of higher education personnel training. This article uses the "social role theory" to define the role of an expert counselor, analyzes the expectations of the country, colleges and universities for college counselors, and proposes that expert counselors are the roles of educators, managers, and service providers. Ultimately conclude that expert counselors will complete their own role mission
